July 13 & 14, 2013 - Advanced neck & shoulder massage -  cost is $200 for 12 hours

July 20 & 21, 2013 - Medical Massage for Back Pain - cost is $200 for 12 hours

July 27 & 28, 2013 - Advanced massage for hip & thigh pain - cost is $200 for 12 hours

August 3 & 4, 2013 - Deep Tissue massage for the lower body - cost is $200 for 12 hours

August 17 & 18, 2013 - Medical Massage for Back Pain - cost is $200 for 12 hours

August 24 & 25, 2013 - Advanced massage for hip & thigh pain - cost is $200 for 12 hours

All of the above weekend classes/courses will be offered at Alpha School of Massage, located at 4642 San Juan Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida 32210.

Location is subject to change, so make sure to confirm the location the day or week prior to the class.

Sign in is from 8:30 AM until 8:50 AM. You must arrive early enough to sign in before the start of class. If you arrive late, you cannot receive credit for the entire class. The door is locked at 9:00 AM. You cannot get in if you are late.

Bring:
Your own linens (2 sheets) and lubricants.
A large bath towel and a smaller hand towel.
Comfortable clothes. Swimsuits or running shorts and sports bras are good for the practice.
Your own massage table and bolsters.
Any tools that you usually use (T-bars, etc.).

Workshop space is limited and fills up quickly. Please register early to guarantee a spot. 

If you give me less than 7 calendar days written cancellation notice (7 calendar days prior to the scheduled starting date of the course), no money will be refunded. If you simply do not attend the class, regardless of the reason, and did not provide notice to us, no money will be refunded.

If you provide me with at least 7 calendar days written cancellation notice that you will not attend, but less than 21 calendar days, fifty percent (50%) of the full tuition, paid in advance, is nonrefundable.

If you provide me with 21, or more, calendar days written cancellation notice in advance of the workshop, fifty dollars ($50) of tuition money paid in advance is nonrefundable.

Classes start at 9:00 AM and end at 4:00 PM, with a one hour break from 12 noon until 1:00 PM.

Each weekend provides 12 hours of Continuing Education, if you arrive on time and stay the entire time. All classes are categorized as "live" and meet the Florida requirents for 12 "live" hours (pertinent to massage therapy).
